Personal Commons: Brown called this the inverted Starr (see photo of
casting master plate) due to the fulcrum being placed at the top of the opening rather than at the bottom to remove the crown cap. These type openers are also nick named three-hole due to the number of mounting screws. They were used on the early Icy-O soda machines circa. 1926
